Mrs. Melinda Osborne of K-9 Designs truly has a special gift with grooming. My Pom, Nikki thoroughly enjoyed his first groom. I could not believe the difference when I picked him up! His coat was soft and shiny and the trim added the finishing touch - he looked so polished! It was easy to see that Nikki felt wonderful too - he pranced around for days like he was so proud. Melinda is fabulous and her K-9 Designs grooming salon really is a pampering spa for dogs!

My dog is not a fancy dog with any sort of registry certificate, and he certainly isn't a cute little poodle with a stylish hair do. My dog is 100% hound. His name is Henry Bird Dog Morgan, but you can call him Birdie. Birdie is an older dog who spent three years of his life in a no-kill shelter. He has survived heartworms, a broken leg, living with four cats and the rest of our family. When he gets on the lose he has been known to roll in cow manure, chase deer, and anything else that might run. Thus he can get really dirty and stinky. When Birdie does get himself in a mess, I take him to Melinda's for a bath. She is very professional and does a wonderful job on him, but even more importantly she is very gentle with him and takes good care of him while he is there. Surely if Birdie can be clean and look good, any dog can. You should take your dog to Melinda's. Birdie loves to be groomed and is one satisfied customer.

I have two mini schnauzers. Melinda is great with puppies. I told her about how scared and timid my two boys are (they came from a puppy mill). She was very careful and easy with them. She spent about 4 hours for both of them and the cost was very reasonable. She even gave them little bandanas to wear afterwards and a report card that told how well they did.

Melinda was wonderful from the time she met us in the driveway. Right away she put her total focus on Casey. The shop was very neat and had a warm feeling like home. Melinda was very caring and patient with Casey. Casey can be a little on the wild side. When I dropped her off, she was a mess in need of a bath. When I returned, she was happy and clean. She smelled so good and her coat was so shiny. I don't know what products Melinda used but Casey looked and smelled great. Melinda trimmed her nails and Casey did not flinch or act afraid. I am happy with the time and attention she paid to Casey. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
